renthal sprockets with tsubaki chain (superteen spec),

my 1997 RSi, now equipped with lambdasensor, exhaust gas temp sensor, using the oil quantity led as knock detection, fully adjustable ignition, fully adjustable injection. still having to much current draw from the fuel pump so any lighting was changed to led, even headlight.
finally i mounted the lightweight front brake disk, which saved 1.5kg unsprung and rotational mass :frantics:

12.5bar (~180psi) compression with 1.1mm squish and a xx-racing head. barrel and crankcase are stock to compare the injection over carb.

things to do: mount my marchesini rearwheel (- 2,4kg), mount the 415 ringless chain and have it tested on a dyno.

Chain & sprocket fitted. Stuff you can't see is 34mm flatslide & cone filter, kicking out 34 bhp now and 26 n/m torque.

That was mine, Galfer disc, 34mm carb, Vforce reeds, Gold forks, Carbon hugger/chainguard/heelplates and the blue wheels set it off.

I broke my collarbone on this bike not long after this photo, very close to being a lot worse.

Did you re-plate the forks or did you use something like Öhlins? looks very nice and is the one thing i would like to have at my bike after new chain and sprocket.
