hi there mate by any chance you havent fiddled with mixture settings on carb have you ?? if not have you fitted a induction filter or new pipe as the bike could be running lean and this can cause it to pop sometimes though it can happen when the air is so dense that it cause the mixture to run slighty lean end of the day mate i enjoy it. when my xr pops but then its poping through a debafled pipe and it scares tyhe s##t out of people lol :tongueout:

lol if you look at the bottom of the exhaust, towards where the three bolts go into it, you will find a hole, its there for condensation water to drain out, hence the popping noise

when i first realised it, i brought a secondhand exhaust and thats when i realised what it was for as both exhausts had it, felt like a right noob

yeah nothings wrong all normal

well i dont know how much more it will pop in compare to the arrow full system as the tip at the end of arrow is very open without the baffle in where as the micron one has a tiny tip as i remember unless the one i saw the lad had not taken the baffle in as the bike was not very loud

Ive noticed it only seems to pop when decelerating and down shifting, but it does it every time now and not on the odd occasion. :banghead2:

Nothing wrong with that dude, maybe get the main jet changed in your carb to get it running better that should solve the "problem".
