TBH i haven't run it in yet, i'm going to sell it as it is. When i find a sodding buyer.
The piston which i thought would sould slappy as fook sounds just like the normal cagiva sound. lol KLANK KLANK KLANK everything normal there then. haha
The pod airfilter sounds the sex though. hehe
Without getting the MOT and insurance sorted taking it on the road is illegal so i havent taken it out.

Great find, Markus. I need to check into some of those specialty tools. Mmmm-Mmmm.
Here is the top end vid.

Of course, the top end is child's play, compared to the bottom end.

i got made a copy from the cagiva's own oem Crank separator some year back but i havent yet used it as it needs some trimming to be done for some of the screw holes..
b4 that i made a tool that holds Flywheel, again a copy from oem. + of course ive got the oem FlyWheel puller. and some own made bearing tools for cagiva. its the minium to have even that the Parts list has much more listed and piccyed.
bye:)

Use a rag in between the gears on the clutch side of the engine to lock the gears in place, this way you don't have to put an object through the small end of the con rod, somebody has broken their conrod recently so i thought this advice would be best put here before anything else bad happens.
My apologies to the owner of the damaged conrod. I'll see if i can get that pic removed from the set thats hosted here. If anybody is redistributing the pictures could you please remove that pic from the set. Thank you all.
