Mito is fine as it is.

Big bore polini kit is a NO NO im ny eyes.

Alot of hassle to setup for not many gains.

I know people on here say there is no point.

Arrow is much better because it doesn't have a CAT in it

i had a polini 165 kit bolted onto my mito. To be honest mate you cant see a huge diferance.

You get more vibration n higher fuel consuption but as far as a large increase in speed n power i didnt notice much.

Dont get me wrong it did seem more responsive and a bit quicker but top end didint seem as fast.

I would of liked to race another 125 but i dont know any other 125 round my way.

Unless your going to get a custom exhaust to go with the cylinder kit you really shouldnt bother.

There is still hope. You could (if you can find one) get Gilardoni1 81782 or Gilardoni2 90087. Those cylinders should pack a litle more punch, but you need a new exhaust since the exhaust port is square shaped and a bigger carburetor wouldnt be bad idea aswell.

That's a #8 heat range, that will overheat and damage your engine.

It looks like the egv - gold palladium may have been discontinued ?

You have a choice of the EV which is platinum, EIX which is iridium or EG which is iron/copper iirc.

As long as the heat range is correct the more expensive the plug the better it is although there is some argument as to the risk of running an iridium in a 2 stroke, for whatever reason.

I've got a 155 polini on my rs, the bottom end is better I think, but I'm kind of guessing as I've never run it stock lol. Never really need to rev it too much unless I'm hooning it anyway. Tbh though I wouldn't have bothered but it came with my bike.

open the pipe up,

put fiberglass exhaust baffle inside it and close it back up again.

That will make any exhaust quieter

Iv never tried to open a mito exhaust but Iv done it on many bikes before. check with the mito guys to make sure this is the right way to do it on the mito.
it usualy involves cutting the pipe open, sometimes the last 2inches are rusted on the inside from water.
I usualy cut these bits off and shorten the whole pipe or try to repair the rust, I then stick the baffle inside the muffler, and rivet the pipe shut.
or give it to an exhaust shop, they will know how to do it :D
