Hi.
what is the difference between the below two Yamaha DT 125R '89 models? . I have tried a lot of searches for DT 125 '89 model but all I get is the second one. What model is this one with the invert forks called?

This is the one i find confusing
This one has invert forks, smaller headlights, bigger tyres, taller than the usual DT 125 '89 model and sexier like a WR 200

This is the one I find during searches
The usual DT 125 '89 model is less sexier comparing to that!

I'm planning to by a DT 125 R second hand soon. Appreciate your help in finding out the difference between the two. In fact, I like the 1st one but don't know what model it is called

Sorry Guys, I have posted this in the Aprillia 125 thread by mistake. It belongs to the 125 CC Enduro & SM section. Is there a way I can alter the location?
meanwhile appreciate your help in solving my problem with the two models..

Neither of those had USD forks, no dt ever came standard with USD forks either. Think it just looks taller from the angle it's at, you can do a mod to raise the back up though. The smaller headlight also won't be standard, pick one up on ebay for £30 or so. Don't think there's any major differences from 89 to around 03 tbf.

The blue one's Matt's from off here as well isn't it?
