Hi Guys,
I’ve just bought 2 Evo 2 Mitos. The one is decent and the other one is needing lots of work. I’m not sure what year they are I haven’t actually collected them yet. But my main question is are most parts from the Evo 1 the same as the Evo 2? Or are they number specific to year and model?
Cheers

The main differences are in the engine, gearbox, electronics, exhaust and rims. The rims you can swap with no issues, the engine you can full swap if you have the proper exhaust to go along (Unrestricted). Are there any particular bits you were thinking of? Best way to get a usable reply is if you ask about specific items.

Thanks for the reply Mitoreborn. I will know a bit more once I actually get the bikes. I live in South Africa so parts are scare although there are a few of the bikes around. The previous owner thinks the CDI unit has failed. So that's the main part I'm currently looking at.
So all parts from Evo 2's are interchangeable regardless of year?
Thanks

Yes although not mixing them. Like, not all heads fit all cylinders, and the CDI has to go with its cabling.
