Can only find neutral with kick stand down

Hi, i was after some advice and help. My cbr is struggling to find neutral when in gear, clutch pulled in and kick stand is up

. When the kick stand is down, clutch pulled in, it pops in and out of neutral with no problem. Any thoughts?
