I found the side-stand switch the other day. I couldnt find it so I couldnt get the electrics to work. I stuck it on a few days ago and left it. I was on ebay about 30 mins ago and it was p**sing me off, so I thought, less p**s about with the electrics! I stuck a wire onto the generator and it was sparking like mad and the generator was running but no lights! I checked and I was like AHHHHHHHHH! I didnt have a full circuit, just battery to generator, not battery to the whole harness. Got that sorted:

HOHOHO!

I am amaze myself. I would have sex with myself if I was female.

I bought a CBR150 tail-light a while back but the connection does not fit the 125 connector. So, I stripped apart the 125 tail-light and plate light wires, the tiny indicator wires, bought Honda connectors and spent many many MANY! hours trying to re-wire this b*tch up and to create my own sub-harness for the tail-light. All the lights work but the indicators do not flash. I will need to replace the indicator relay.

Got one of these myself a while ago and finnaly got it finished.
Used some capless 21w bulbs instead of the ones what came with the unit.

For a cheaparse fitting:
-Get bulbs from dashlights.co.uk (capless wedge 21w) for about ?3.
-Get some bullet connections and a crimp tool from friendly motorist shop, or if you can get honda connectors get them.
-Sand down 6pin block to 3 pin block, you can remove the crimps inside by pushing a small flathead down the top and pulling.
-Find a damaged indicator or one your not going to use and chop plug and 4cm's of wire, crimp bullets onto these and end of indicators.
-Check conntections with bike fittings.
-fit properly, then swear, remove and fit. test again. and smile smugly

You make it sound like a piece of p**s
how long did that take you? 5 mins?

I never thought about sanding down the 6 pin block!

Take some pictures of the connections!

I tried LEDs for the indicators and they worked. I cant find the ones you mentioned. 21w? not 2.1w? Did you replace the brake light bulbs?

10 minutes once i worked out what i needed.
the bulbs are these: http://dashlights.co.uk/cart.php?target=pr...roduct_id=16329
You'll need to trim about 1 milimetre off the twisty locking thingy on the tail light as bulbs are bigger.
Definetly 21w as it will match the oem indicators from Honda, my guess is that its a very small range of ampage what the relay handles.
Didn't need to change brake lights as they seemed pretty bright.

heres some pictures of my bodge jobbing

The way I did my rear indicators was with a simple chocolate block. Cut the old connector off, terminate into block, cut new indicator wires off terminate into block. Reconnect the honda connector. Works a charm! Theres plenty of room behind the tail light to fit em n all.

(Didnt work on the front ones, after I cut the wires I realised there was nowhere to put the damn block = no front indicators for a while)
