OK, so I'm bombing along in the pouring rain on my NS125R at around 80mph, then it just cuts out! I give it some throttle but there's no help. Most of the time I have to pull over and then it'll start up again, sometimes I can bump it on the roll, but it's just completely unpredictable as to when it'll do it and how long for. The only thing I know is that it only does it when it's p*ss*ng it down...

Any help as this seems like a serious problem but the bike's fine when it's dry...

Replace the spark plug. And take off the fairing and coat all exposed wires in WD40 this protects them from salt and water.
