BBQ paint mate, no joke, that stuff is totally heat proof so it wont flake and its dirt cheap too (IIRC)

honestly, get down to your local focus, B&Q or what ever and you should be able to get it!

Yeah, BBQ Paint is the best plan. If you really wanna go fancy, you could get a sheet of carbon fibre to stick over the end can like superfly did with his...

Bugger. I think people should paint their end cans to look like beer cans or something - the size isn't that much different, and that'd give the MOT tester a real shock when you turn up with a 'beer can' on your exhaust

just wrap a beer can round it, doesnt matter if there is a gap round the back, just braise it on

True, that's an option. Would still give them a bit of a shock

Only thing is that they'd notice the join marks, whereas if it was painted, they'd think it'd been b*st*rdised on

ok then, chop off your silencer, and braise the bottom end to the expansion chamber, and leave the ring pull on and leave the open hole as the exit

might sound a little "tinny"tho. lol

Sounds like a very creative idea actually! I think the best one would be a beer-can exhaust though.
