mite be interested when get ma bike back from insurance dunno how would fit 1 though so would need abit of help on that 1 but should be ok .
indeed i should i sposewudnt imagine so aint that heavy. just whack it in a jiffy bag and send it standard, not like its gonna get damaged.
P.s. Karl, i think u shud warn them about the gut wrenching powerslides and uncontrollable wheelies in every gear.
yer but i have no idea if its the right type or not, like will throttle and choke connect up properly for a start.got a 32mm carb in garage if you interested paul
always thought smaller front sprocket = better accel and less top end ?? it cant equal both ???increase in top end and acceleration,
it can on the CBR, as 6th on stock gearing is basically an overdrive, it wont pull in 6th it just cruises. lower gearing makes 6th a usable gear, allowing the engine to rev to the redline in 6th therefore going faster.always thought smaller front sprocket = better accel and less top end ?? it cant equal both ???
ok np thanks for letting me knowit can on the CBR, as 6th on stock gearing is basically an overdrive, it wont pull in 6th it just cruises. lower gearing makes 6th a usable gear, allowing the engine to rev to the redline in 6th therefore going faster.
down geared you wont have to go back to 5th on flat it will pull in 6thThe 06 CBR's dont come geared down do they? As I've always found that my 6th will pull and just before redline hits about 90 down a hill still pulls pretty well on the flat just often need to shift into 5th to keep revs up when i hit an uphill!
