Help needed with a 2007 Gilera SC125 please?

Trying to sort what is a probably seized Yam' motor in the SC125. Not being familiar with these at all, What is needed to remove the head and barrel and how is this accomplished please? I can't find any Workshop Manual that would aid me to do this? Can anyone point out a link for a free download please?:)

You'll have to remove the tank and fairings, then drain the coolant. From there will need to remove head bolts and cylinder bolts. If you can find a Haynes manual for the DT125lc then will be close enough as engine is the same thing from what I know.

However I wonder if you would be able to measure specific dimensions of the swingarm for me as I am curious to whether the dimensions would work for my project?
Hi Scotty-dog. I did reply earlier on messages. I've managed to remove the head and barrel now and the piston had picked up, back and front. It was a friends son's bike that seized it by raking the tits out of it again, shortly after his dad had had it rebored and new piston! Again tomorrow Lol.
No problem with measurements, just let me know and I'll get them to you. We need a pair of good mirrors if you know of any mate?
