Im after ordering a new barrel+piston off DSS but there will be a 2 week delay as i want other parts too... Im just wondering should i of specified the Letter on my cylinder or is there a difference?

I know you have to get the letter if your just changing the piston,but Im just asking are any better than others and why do they put different letters in the first place?

Hahahaha,DSS is david silver spares...im getting other stuff like subframe and panels hence the delay...Its just I paid the money and I never told them about the letter and Im just curios to whats the story there...

it's because the coating thickness may change with the finishing . into the workshop manual section 7 page 01 , you have the table of size .

Yeah my fault,it was a bit stupid but was doing sh*t load of typing last night and tried cutting it down wherever possible...
