Iridium spark plugs

Hi do guys recomend the little more money for the iridium plugs?
They ever caused damage to the engines?

from what I know, Iridium Spark Plugs are supposed to be able to operate at higher temperatures and provide better sparking and combustion leading to better efficiency.

there ok providing your mix is spot on. if its out then they sh*t up very quick.

But I like to blaim the Iridium for what happend to my bike..

the cause of your prob was badly set up motor , yer can see all the pinking marks on the piston
so yer timinig was to far advanced or squish not properly set this with slightly lean mixture will cause this kind of prob

meny peeps have had probs with iridium sparks on the 2 strokes so i would stay away if i was u

but on the other hand i had one on my 4 stroke and it was amazing so 4 strokes all the way lol

My RS seized on an iridium plug. Not had a problem since going back, although did sound really nice.

irridium, egv, and others doesn't give more power or is better
br9es and br10es are enough for mito engine

It had been driven with the same set up for 8000km`s, then I switched to Iridium and got funny noises on the first ride..
20km`s later this happend.

Are you sure you bought the right plug? Sure it was gapped right?

the funny noise yer could hear was pinking . sounds like wrong grade of plug if that was only change
with plugs with very small tips its critical to get the correct heat range or the tip over heats n yer get pre ignition as the pic of the piston witrh the pock marks n bit missin shows
same result if the squish is not set correct to !!!!!

Dear Stephen, you better swap away the B9ES/Br9ES. it's totally sh*t because it's std, thats why it has "S" in it. its like moped Sparg plug for 2horsepower

use B95EGV or B9EG or B9EV and you will notice difference in performance and durability, defenitely.

Ive used a wide selection of different standard plugs, heat range and palladium plugs for the mito - the palladium plugs give a crisper throttle response.

markus, i tried this spark plug...and i saw no differences between this one and the br9es....
