Hi all

ive had my gpr now for almost two years and ive only been having problems since the last service. the screws that hold the rear sprocket to the wheel are rattling loose, as wel as the nut in the centre of the yoke. i took it back to the dealer to have it fixed but two days later it came off again!

any advice??

no, get some new nyloc nuts, the nuts on hte sprocket should never be reused, once theyve been tightened theyre useless again, get some new ones.

They are bolts on the Derbi, I have had it happen to one of our customers it spat him of the bike

Derbi did not put any lock tight on the bolts and the bolts were not part of the pdi check list from derbi. We now allways remove them and lock tight them now.

remember to use the right loctite lol, dont want the perminant stuff otherwise theyll never come out.
