Hey, i just recived my 170cc complet kit from Malossi Italy.Some guys are working on my bike now,adjustments,installing the kit etc. I think by next Friday i can tell you how bike is going with the kit...
It was 360euros

Aha, i get it. Do you know how many hp has the 180 comparing to 166?

It might not produce any more bhp than the 166, or even the 125. You have to remember it's still running valves designed for the 125cc engine and cam timing to suit...

We big bored a 583cc Ducati to 675cc and it made ZERO bhp extra, however the torque curve was a hell of a lot better

It would be interesting to see a dyno graph of before and after the kit

cobra any thoughts on changing the carb at all? and tell us when u have got it installed

I want to fit a bigger carb (34mm) and the K&N.,racing CDI and that's about it

I don't really have time for takeing the bike on a dyno, i have lots of exams in school

i almost bought one of these kits, but i went to blackpool for the weekend with my mates and spent too much money (damn strip clubs) so i wouldnt mind knowing what i'm missing out on
