The meeting pictures section is for just that, photo's of meetings and events that members have attended. This section is not for random pictures of any pictures you may have spotted on the internet, nor is it for any photoshop requests or videos. There are specific sections to accommodate those types of topics so please use them.
Any pictures that are off topic will be removed, there will be no warning given, the topic will be deleted unless it can be moved into a relevant section.
Could all members please try to keep their pictures to an acceptable size too, the image size limit is 800 pixels by 600 pixels, any pictures which are larger will distort the forum template so need to be made into a thumbnail. Also when posting a picture, if you're not using the forum upload system and using your own host please make sure its reliable. Any topics with broken links will be removed.
Also, please can members give their topic's a full descriptive title and make one topic per meeting and not keep making new topics every few days when they have more pictures to add, this is just simply cluttering the forum. Likewise any members trying to drag a topic off track will have their post removed, repeat offenders may have their posting rights removed without warning.
Thanks for taking the time to read this, and following the rules accordingly.
