work has stopped over the last few weeks came of my gsxr750 a couple of weeks ago not too bad a few grazes thank god i was slowing down

still waiting for the swarbrick exhausts

thats the problem with custom made items

will post new progress as soon as their in
will concentrate on the 250 version first as the 650 needs fuel injection modul thats in the process of being built and is in the last beta testing stage

nope he was fully booked in the shop so got him to make a straight pair that i will angle myself when they get here

tell your dad to search on ebay these swingarms can be found cheaply there

what did it set you back getting the expasion chambers in sections ?

just im looking at getting a set of one off pipes done and was thinking of getting them in sections (to save time on a waiting list ) and weld them my self

:was thinking of tacking them together with my mig, then get them welded by someone else with a tig.
as the last time i tried to weld this thin , i blew holes everywhere and it also looked like a pigeon had sh*t everywhere

im only used to welding 3mm thick stuff

I've never seen them supplied in parts, joining at the expansion chamber, why do they make the pipes like that?

most spannies are formed in pieces and welded together, if there not like that there hydroformed from one big sheet of metal.
