yes mate its the baby to the 900, 3 cylinder, with micron straight through zorst system, sounds better than his mates buell.itsa very heavy bike, but it has lots of torque, like a v twin, but the top end "revability" of an inline 4,and the mrs has now said yes to it, so woo hoo!

I am a bloody headcase though!!!

I am trying to afford to modify a bike that I currently own, and fit a big engine , possibly with a turbo!

The bike, if you are wondering is a 4 stroke...
a 1991 Suzuki GN250....got it for free so I dont care ripping it up a bit!
I was thinking about 1 of 3 engines:
1 - RD500 YPVS
2 - RD350 YPVS
3 - DR350 With turbo

trying to get a 500 ypvs lump will be nigh on impossible, and if you do find one, it will cost a friggin fortune!
if you type in r6 on ebay, and sort in price from highest first, somewhere near the bottom of the first page, is an engine, but the chap specialises in low milage engines, from a couple of hundred upwards, get your self a gixer thou lump for it mate!

oh yeah, when i get the triumph, (in 2-3 weeks all going well) i will record the noise for you all to hear, it is throatier than a ducati,i love it!

they say that a uk spec tzr125 should pump out 26bhp derestricted!

nice!

and that bike is cool!!!!!
Daytona 750!! I love the twin light headlight!!

Might see about getting a twin light setup on my TZR!
Brazilian RD350 fairing and light set would appear to be the choice at the moment for that...

What's that... Get an engine, put it in, don't use it, nick another, put it in, don't use it...
