just took couple of pics, but carb float needl is fooked so need some new bits then it'll be rite
bike did run and is fast just runs out of fuel cos needle is fooked

still loads to do. clean it as he used it offroad, its all going back to standard as i have everything to make it standard ( bodywork wise )

Once i had an opportunity to buy a new Giannelli Silencer Kit (only silnecer's) from ebay.it but i didnt use it. Blody shame that the seller didnt have the Zaust...

so p**sed off. just took top end off because i looked up exhaust port and there was nasty piston damage.
cylinder has a tiny spot of damage when i say tiny i mean tiny.
Think i may just get away with new piston and see how it goes, use a bit wet and dry on cylinder and go from there. bike ran fine with this piston / cylinder so guessing it aint too bad.
top ends off now, will order new piston n gaskets now lol.
OH well.............
