im guna service my bike as soon as i get paid, im guna do the basics,

Air filter
Oil filter
Gear box oul
Coolant
Flush rads
Spark plugs
strip and clean break callipers

but what can i use to flush my rads with ?

dose anyone know where i can get a set or rear manifold gaskets from

for the last time YOUR BIKE DOS NOT HAVE GEARBOX OIL, the engine oil is used for both engine and gear box


get a hynes manul mate it has basic serivceing in it will help alot more than are ways of doing it

local honda bike shops best bet for gaskets

to flush the cooling system pull off one of the pipes allowing all the water to drain out then just shove a hose up the pipe till it runs clear out the other side. you can buy rad flush from halfords that you put in the system before you rinse if you like

there is no diffrence, the oil only goes into one hole.

Also gav you should really use the drain plug in the rad and also drain the pistions (not sure if this is need on a VFR so check you hynes manul)
