Got a bit of a problem...

My bike hasnt been ridden since the end of november, it has been started a few times but thats about it, but when i sat on it the other day i realised the rear shock is completely solid.

Ive tried bouncin on it to loosen it but that didnt work but dont really know what else to try, dont wanna spray anything on it in case im not supposed to.

Any suggestions to what might sort it??

I doubt the shock would be locked solid, but just to check undo the nut from the swinging arm bolt, do not remve the bolt, leave it in place & try bouncing up & down on it then as it could be your swingingarm bushes. Remember to retorque your swinging arm to 88n-m.
