Right then 1st things 1st i will get you the carb settings when i get home and look at the manual.

as for the oil pump you will have two black pipes comming from the pump the biggest pipe goes to ur oil tank and the little pipe will go on2 a feed on the back off the cylinder head just in front off the carb. as for the other pipe ur saying about on the carb that could just be a over flow? if u can get some pictures up that would help me a lot.

main air jet-0.6mm

needle jet-p6

pilot airscrew-3/4 turn out

thats a over flow on the carb.,

 

sory dnt under stand wot jet p6 means

on the needle its self wot noch has the c clip got to be on ?

 

p6=position 6 so 6th clip up

 

right mate thanks for all ya help with the settings but on the needle i only have 4 noches so iv left the clip were it is and just adjusted the air screw and it seems to run ok
