Well when i got the bike the rear hugger was f*cked had 2 chunks missing from both sides'only thing i can think is that the previous owner must have had some overweight person on the back at one stage which resaulted in the damage lol

this pic ive circuled the damage on the hugger in blue + the other side has the same damage

anyways got to work as i cant be arsed to spend money and repaired it - jobs a goodun, gotta smooth it down and respray it

new plate is slightly smaller then the old original
new one i believe i 6x5.5 in size

its called 'viper' possibly cheap end can which i did get it for cheap so will do for now untill i spot sumit on ebay i like, does sound good tho

well hopefully get ma undertray soon and some other bits, got ma light cover and new screen hopefully coming this week

Viper sell a variety of different sized exhaust daz and quite cheap too, starting at 90 quid, unfortunately they wont sell the stubby vipers for the srads as they spit flames too much

a 20cm Viper Stubby for a 1995 fireblade fits straight onto our Srad pipes though

you still going for a trick undertray?

didnt know viper did stubbys etc, flames are good lol

I did mine myself, just using a 2 quid hacksaw from BnQ, and a ?2.50 Rivet gun from eBay

I did that the other day to my hugger, not fix it, rip 2 big chunks out of it

left the chain on the rear wheel and moved off, it was a carbon one aswell

just can get it up and ride it through 1st gear everytime now, just need to change gear

not sure, i judge it by the exhaust note, i never got the hang of clutching it, so it's power on, quick off, quickly back on again

put on a front light cover 2day, looks alright
