i got a phone call today off a mate, who knows a guy selling 2 tzr's.if i can manage to scrape the cash together, i will list all the parts here, so you lot can have first refusal on them before i put them on ebay.
not sure whether they are drum or disk model yet tho.will keep you posted on the progress tho.apparently one of them has a custom made carbon seat unit,which i will more than likely sell.

along with a couple of other bits!

go for it if you can afford it, could make all the money back easy i bet.

i am skint you see, it will probably be the mrs that pays for it, and she aint that impressed with my finances at the mo.im buying the triumph, i have been off sick for so long now, that i have gone down to half pay, and have been told our rent is going up.my only other option is personal credit, maybe this chap will take a cheque off me, and keep it for 2 weeks, until i get some money back from selling bits

going to look at the bikes on saturday, if he will take a cheque i will take it all there and then.if he wants cash, i wont be able to get them till a week today,but will get some pics of some bits for you lot to fight over.he said he has got a load of new parts that he bought for them, so we'll have to wait and see what they are!and he sai that there is a custom carbon seat unit,so ic ant wait to go see.

on the negative side of things, the f**king gear linkage snapped on my car today, so i have to go get a new one tomoro!20 quid from a breakers!rip off merchants

they are both disk models mate, im afraid, a g reg and a k reg.but if you want a disk backend, im sure we could come to an arrangement

but also noticed while checking this, that they have got her frame number down wrong, they have written it as zrk,does anyone else have this on the log book

That'll be a badly drawn 2 somewhere along the line, which someone who knows nothing about the TZR thought was a Z.

My bike, I believe, was a case of 'this is last year's model, but it's a race rep, so we'll still sell you it for less than you'd pay to get the newer model' type bargain deal the following year

It was made in '89 (probably at the end of the 3PC1 era) but just not shipped out or sold until '90.

how exciting, i wouldnt mind a decent screen if theres one up for grabs, decent indicators, maybe that tail unit, a seat cowl (if there is one), maybe a front caliper, maybe different mirrros if they're on there . . . . could be a long list

maybe the pegs in they're different.
