basically im looking for a chain and sprockets of a 415 pitch, ive sourced a rear sprocket and chain for a good price but cant find a 415 pitch front sprocket. can anyone point me in the right direction or let me know if a sprocket from another bike would fit.

less power loss to the wheel. 520 pitch is overkill on a 125 in my opinion.

Dunno if any other bike sprockets will fit, but if you want a custom sprocket,
Sprocket Specialists will make pretty much anything you want. www.sprocketspecialists.com.
The prices are fair for custom stuff as well and they are very helpful, in my experience.
Being a US source, shipping may kill the deal for you, but an email to them might be in order.
Just tell them you want the same dimensions as the std. Mito sprocket, but in 415 pitch. They
might surprise you. They cut to order.

B & C Express do a 16 tooth front 415 pitch closest to what you want I could find its under the Aprilia RS125 for Race Use.

just gave them a call and they dont do any 415 pitch sprockets for the mito, would ahve to have them custom made. bollocks to that, take ages and he said it would be pricey. looks like i may have to stick to a 520 pitch as i cant find a b*st*rd 415 front sprocket easily.

have you looked about PBR & AFAM sprockets ? if i remember correctly these mentioned brands do make sprockets for Mito GP rim's that are using "415"..
