could be the float valve sticking or not opening properly, when you pull off the float bow will be full and it'll accelerate ok, but it won't fill fast enough so by the time you come to change gear the bowls almost empty and it bogs down when you get in the next gear. take the valve out and clean it and it's seat! and make sure the little spring loaded bit in it ain't stuck too.( wd40 and pushing it in and out should sort it) hope this helps?

if you hold it in first ie holding it on the red line in first, does it do the same?
if so it will be fuelling.not neceserily float tho. you have a breather pipe on the tank, that prevents the tank from becoming a vacuum, and not leting more fuel out.if this gets blocked, even just partially fuel wont be able to flow out the tank as quickly as it should, also giving your symptoms.try what i said and get back to me

right had the carb off needle is fine not stuck had it on the redline no juddering but as soon as you change into second gear and then the juddering starts and then keeps doing it all through the gears and dosent go as well as it should

very very odd. do you have servo kit on the bike?maybe the control box is knackered, and shuts the valve after a short time of being open?not sure, but its worth a try

shouldnt be, any juddering would be directly related to the ignition of fuel in the barrel,or transmition.if we potentially rule out the ignition, because it cant be gear related, because there is nothing to tell the bike what gear it is in

so look at the transmition.
is your clutch slipping?it would take off pretty well, but might slip, till the revs drop in a higher gear, then it gets chance to bite properly.the jiuddering could also be due to a fooked clutch.

i would put the powervalve back to standard tho, it makes diagnosis alot easier

Thought so!

Let nobody refer to their bike as a "2RK with a rear disc conversion" unless it's actually true!!!
