Your not getting a reply because this topic isnt really for asking questions its for useful information hence the title.

Thought Id add my bit...

A useful pic for setting up the oil pump correctly... The markings should be in line with the throttle closed (hence idle)

To bleed the two stroke through, undo the bleed screw and let the two stroke godown the pipe and remove all air bubbles. I tend to lean my bike right over as if i was leaning right to get the air out. Once you have done this tighten it back up, to be sure the 2 stroke is pumping through properly, take the oil pipe off from the carb and start the bike. two stroke oil should start pumping out. DONT DO THIS FOR LONG AS YOUR STOPPING OIL GETTING TO YOUR MAIN BEARINNGS.

Normally when bleeding, hold the pump right open for a while (a minute) while the bike is running to lube up the engine if its just been rebuilt or standing.

The Red wire mod

Alot of you guys have asked me what it is so i tohught id put it in here, basically off the rave unit theres a 6pin plug, all you have to do is take the red wire out of this connector brick (you can cut it but its easier to put back if u wanted to), or instead of cutting it you can take the connecting side red out and put a wire between the red and the grey wire on the rave side. all this mod does is allow the rave unit to open at 7,800rpm instead of the normal 8,500rpm.

i would take pics but i cba messing around taking the whole a*se end of my bike off

why does it not open up at 7800 anyway, the rave has 7800 written on it, so wtf is it another resrtiction type thing?

does somebody know where can i get user guide\handbook for 2009 model???
I went back to my Aprilia Dealer a few days after i got my 09 RS125 and got one from them, you should get one with the bike anyway, it's not a small one either, should be free if you explain you've not had one for it,
