brother bought a 93 rg, when i test rode it there was no snap to the power band, actuator works fine. there seems to be pieces missing from under the pv cover. i have the tab washer that sits on the shaft and the pulley wheel and thats it, i;m sure there should be a spacer and sleeve that the pulley rotates on. does anyone have a pic or manual page that shows what pieces should be there

yep ther should be a sleave for your pv. Is there none on either side.

no there isnt.only on one side on 125 barrels. on the shaft inside the cover it looks like someones put that sleeve on the shaft between the arm and captive end im hopin thats the right bit, i didnt pay much attention to it at the time but it seems to be obvious now. i couldn't be arsed to take it all off again as it started raining.i cant see the pic you attached mav its not supported?
where did you get your helmet from mav i want one of those

Bit of a newbie here as I have only just registered and bought an RG125 myself, I have managed to find a complete exploded parts view (ripped of a French microfiche) of the later RG's F,N,P and R as yours is an earlier one it probably comes under the F but most of the parts are the same anyway!! Hope it helps, if not let me know and I will source another. It is a PDF, so if you can't view it either get acrobat reader or I may be able to convert it.
