As you can imagine not an easy conversion, putting in a 350 isnt to bad, as only need some new alloy brackets made and welded in, you need to make a cradle to hold the front, like mine several ways to do this but this is my idea.
Ive also gone the whole hog and put in a 3xv (tzr250) swingarm as this can hold wider wheels. the rear is a 180 tyre on a 5.5 rim so pretty big, the front end is a Ducati 916, so far its took a year to build. time mainly finding the right bits.
ive made many bits as well like the rear sets, underslung rear caliper, rear subframe, plus lots more.
If i remember right there is bits from about 8 different bikes so far, some are hard to spot.

fair dos rember seeing this bike on the rdlc forum mate , as you said not a easy conversion but will be sweet once done , what bodywork do you plan on using ?
Bodywork.
i have a tz seat as you can see this is being modded to fit nicer to frame.
the fairing ?? maybe a tz one. i have one but not sure, or a rs250 honda tyga fairing they look good with modern looks

beek. ever thought of making up templates and plans of the engine mounts for lazy gits who aren't skilled enough to do it themselves? ( for a small fee obviously)

The 3ma is like the 4dl. only like as there are many differences. you couldnt use a 3ma to put in a 4dl or a 4dl wont go in a 3ma,
