until 1998 it was nearly impossible to know the specs of the bike
in 1998 (NSR125RW) a letter is added at the VIN after ZDCJC22[AtoE]0WFxxxxxx
so for exemple ZDCJC22C0XFxxxxxx : C is UK&Irl ,0X is 1999 , Fxxxxxx is engine number
