good reliable engine, basically a tuned drz400 lump.

looks good aswell!! and are still a decnet supermoto!
cool il take tht into consideration, so its a tuned drz engine sweet, sounds much better

and sameshoz i aint really impressed by the large aprilia sm's, not to my liking really from what pics iv seen, i challenge you to change my mind though

I wouldnt get the CCM, they fall in bits even worse than KTM's (and they are really bad). They are sh*t to get bits for (like ktm) and are worthless after a year. They are what you would call a pretend supermoto and they're really, really heavy under powered things. If you're wanting an excellent supermoto, go for the CRF450 2005 or later. Thats when the chassis changed and it turns in a lot better. They last a lot longer than the others brands by far, and parts (rarely needed) are next day. They are really easy to work on and the 450x model is just a detuned version with electric start that probably requires even less maintenance. If you decide the Honda is not the bike for you, I'd definately go for something japanese as the build quality is far better than european. Obviously this is only my oppinion, but I have ridden or owned all of them.
ive done a whole weekends riding with many CCMs and they are nothing like this atall!! Decent electrics and that, just not many people know of them.

the only downside is the backup for parts...

Thats wht i was thinking, but then again, if CCM use suzkuki engines cant you order straight from them, they were the 2 main things i was worrying about the CCM, availibility of parts and how much they depreciate by

The parts are poor for them. Like I said, it depends how hard you ride them and what you expect do with them. It's a bit like comapring a yamaha 2007 YZ125 motocross bike to a DT125R that has barely changed since 1988. They're both good bikes, same engine size and look like off road bikes, but the dt would be lost in the real world of off road because they are totally different. It really is just my oppinion, but I just found them very sluggish and heavy compared to their rivals. My mate had 2 of them from new with suzuki engines (bought in a pair), and they always felt like they were missing. He sold them within a year and went back to road bikes. Have you ridden any other enduro/sm to compare to?

You are wrong!!!

Your talking about the DRZ - that comes as standard with 33bhp.

The whole point with the SXV is that the motor is soooo good.

EDIT : Dizzy to the rescue.
